We offer two different pricing options to cover all your junk removal needs and we will work with you to come up with the best price possible as we recognize no two junk removal jobs are the same.
Volume

Most of our jobs are priced based on the volume of items being removed, ensuring fair and transparent pricing for our customers. We offer 13 different price points, starting from a minimum charge for small loads or single items increasing incrementally up to a full load. This tiered pricing structure allows customers to pay only for the amount of junk they need to dispose of, making our services flexible and cost-effective. Whether you have a few items or a large amount of debris, our pricing model ensures that you received a competitive rate for your junk removal needs.

Payload
Our pricing for heavy materials such as gravel, shingles, concrete, soil, tiles and other heavier items is based on payload, ensuring that customers pay a fair price based on volume and weight of the items being removed. With our pricing model, each foot of heigh in the trailer is considered a full load, allowing for easy estimation of costs. This approach is ideal for heavier items where volume doesn’t necessarily equate to weight. Whether you’re disposing of a small or large amount of heavy materials, our pricing by payload ensures that you receive a competitive rate tailored to your specific needs.

3/4 Bedload $600 — Full Bedload $800

Demolition
Our company specializes in efficient non invasive demolition services. Whether it is a rotting shed or an aged hot tub or office cubicles we are here to help. We offer a unique service where customers can contact us and we will come out free of charge to assess their project. Following the assessment, we provide a free one price written quote that will cover the demolition, removal and disposal of the items. We will also walk the customer through how we would proceed with their project explaining all the steps we would take to accomplish the demo. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
